Pero al mismo tiempo, amables y cari\u00f1osas, porque eso es lo que se espera de una mujer.&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y la perfecci\u00f3n sigue siendo inalcanzable. &#8220;Siento que tengo que ser la Mujer Maravilla para poder hacer frente a todo.&#8221; &#8220;Era muy dif\u00edcil ganar credibilidad, tener ese poder de decisi\u00f3n, siempre nos cuestionaban mucho.&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pero, \u00bfy si el apoyo hiciera posible la equidad? &#8220;Estamos todas en el mismo barco. El apoyo es mutuo y siempre habr\u00e1 una colega o una amiga que pueda ayudarte.&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfY si los ejemplos pudieran fortalecernos? &#8220;Fue muy importante tener una mentora. Ella me mostr\u00f3 que para nosotras era m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil, pero que hab\u00eda formas de ganar espacio.&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Porque nosotras nos entendemos y pasamos por esto todos los d\u00edas desde ni\u00f1as.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfY si el empoderamiento estuviera m\u00e1s cerca de lo que imaginamos? &#8220;El autoconocimiento es una forma de empoderarme de verdad. Conozco mis cualidades, mis puntos a mejorar, y as\u00ed tengo m\u00e1s confianza.&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La (auto)expresi\u00f3n ya existe y puede estar a\u00fan m\u00e1s presente en las acciones que vemos a nuestro alrededor, en la confianza que nos envuelve.
